Greg Martin
Design Consultant
Greg has more than 35 years as a design consultant with expertise coordinating fabrics, fixtures, furniture and flooring as well as a portfolio of design work that reaches from coast to coast. Greg is a native of Alexandria, MN, where he completed his education in interior design. He began his design career at Cunningham Interiors in Grand Forks, then worked for Expressions, then CC Plus Interiors before joining Sterling Carpet One Floor & Home. Greg is a proponent of the local arts community and offers a discerning artistic eye when making final recommendations on client projects.

Design Consultant
Valerie has a degree in Interior Design from NDSU and has 15 years experience in the industry. Valerie will work with customers on new construction and remodeling projects, focusing on her specialties of kitchen, bath and cabinet designs. She also has extensive experience with ceramic tile design, one of her favorite design elements as it allows for flexibility and one-of-a-kind design on each project.

Jill has a degree in Interior Design from NDSU and several years of design experience. Jill has specialized in kitchen and bath design and floorcoverings. She is also a certified home stager. As a designer with Sterling Carpet One, Jill will assist her clients in creating stylish, functional, and personalized spaces throughout their homes. Jill lives in northwestern Minnesota.

Residential Flooring Manager
Barry has been working in the flooring industry for over 19 years and is currently manager of the retail flooring department of Sterling Carpet One Floor & Home. Barry has an MBA and has been certified to inspect and specify floor covering for over 12 years. Before entering the floor covering industry, Barry managed lumberyards and home centers for 15 years.

Steve is a paint specialist. He enjoys working with all types of paint customers including contractors, commercial accounts, and do-it-yourselfers. Steve has gained extensive paint knowledge during his 30 years in the coating business. His specialties include color matching, color selection, and helping customers to make the right product choices. Steve believes that customer service and satisfaction are of utmost importance. Steve graduated from Concordia College with a degree in business administration.
